15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
